Grand Smithy Works International SRL, Romania has signed a 5 year contract with ArcelorMittal Hunedoara, Romania to process approximately 13 million MT of slag from the slag dump.

Scope of work includes recovery of different sizes & qualities of scrap from the slag and making slag aggregates of different sizes for different applications.

Grand Smithy Works International SRL, Romania has renewed the metal recovery contract with ArcelorMittal Hunedoara, Romania to process approximately 3 million MT of slag per annum from the slag dump. The extension of the contract is upto Oct’23.

GSW Mining & Recycling Private Ltd, India has signed a 5 year contract with Tata Pigments Ltd, Jamshedpur for processing approximately 12, 000 mt of skulls per month by balling with hydraulic rope cranes inside Tata Steel Ltd, Jamshedpur.

Scope of work includes balling of skulls and loading the balled skulls into dumpers for final delivery. The residual slag/impurities have to be dug out from the balling pits and transported to the MRP area.

GSW Mining & Recycling Private Ltd, India has signed a 5 year contract with Tata Pigments Ltd, Odhisa for preparing approximately 16,000 mt of saleable slag for road construction by steam ageing process.

Scope of work includes preparing of pits, injecting steam & preparing the slag for final delivery for road construction.

GSW Mining & Recycling Private Ltd, India has signed a 5 year contract with Tata Pigments Ltd, Odhisa for processing entire slag generation from steel melting shop.

Scope of work includes processing of slag through metal recovery plant, balling & lancing of skulls, loading of magnetic & non magnetic products by wheel loaders & material handlers.

GSW Mining & Recycling Private Ltd, India has signed a 5 year contract with Tata Pigments Ltd, Jamshedpur for baling various heavy & light scrap.

Scope of work includes feeding of scrap into balers, loading of finished goods onto dumpers for delivery to the steel melting shops.
